• Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing teams and assist in day to day business operations.
• Able to handle daily data update and follow-up.
• Able to handle incoming phone inquiries, request and follow-up.
• Familiar with sales reporting, analysis and proper record keeping is an added advantage.
• Able to handle any tasks assigned from time to time (eg: involve in road show / exhibition -whenever required).
• Posses at least a Diploma in any field, fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encourage to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Prior knowledge in IFCA is an added advantage.
• Good attitude and have sense of responsibility.
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
