Prai by middle of this year.
Its

located near the Seberang Perai Selatan (SPS) administrative centre
will see the development of 700 units of residential properties
as well as other properties.
He
said this reporters after a ground breaking ceremony for Suntech
@ Penang Cybercity, the first purpose-built Multimedia Super Corridor
(MSC) building for the Cybercity here.

On
Suntech, James said the 22-storey building located in the bustling

north a suitable place for their operations.
He

(1.06 acre) leasehold site owned by Suiwah Holdings (Bayan Baru)
Sdn Bhd, will be developed by the Group's subsidiary, Sun Setia
(M) Sdn Bhd.
He
said todate 70 percent of its 192 office lots were already taken
up by companies mainly dealing with ICT and biotechnology while
all its 24 retail outlets located at the ground floor were fully
booked.
Out
of the 70 percent confirmed tenants, 20 percent are MSC status
companies, he said.
Ong

encourage the inflow of more foreign ICT companies to Penang.
